SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: Delta Solar

Delta Solar offers an SMS messaging program to provide customers and prospective customers with appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, consultation follow-ups, and promotional offers related to solar energy services.

By opting in to receive text messages from Delta Solar, you agree to the following:

• Message Types: You may receive text messages from Delta Solar related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service notifications, consultation follow-ups, project updates, and promotional offers about solar energy services and incentives. Message frequency varies.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to us at (501) 683-8835 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST).
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
