The Opportunity

This customer was primarily interested in offsetting the electric costs associated with running the on-site grain bins. The non-productive land just south of the grain bins is an ideal site but the interconnection point was on the far north side of the facility.

The Result

The Delta Solar team originally designed a system to off-set 75% of the historical usage of the facility but the customer liked it so much they expanded to include 100% of the usage. This system was one of our first agricultural systems and thus has been producing the longest. It has performed closely to the original projections (always a good thing!).
